per suspension specialists: "we have the stock truck coming in (tuesday) at 8 am for a fit test...after we make sure everything's perfect and it will be...we'll ship them out around 10am..."

Funny. He told me they would ship Monday and that they were already test fitted with no problems..

Hi everyone! New guy to Tacoma world here been lurking the boards for a while. I am not new to Performance modifications and Suspension modifications. I figure this is as good a first post as any.. I was the lucky one to get the stock truck into MaxTrac this morning. This is what they did for me today.

Installed today:
4 inch Spindles
3 inch Rear Blocks (rear shocks, stockers don't work with the 3 inch block)
2 inch Front Spacers
MaxTrac Sticker on Rear window.

All MaxTrac Products and I couldn't be happier. Drives like stock, rides like stock. I really could not be any happier! Looks great, even with the stock wheels and tires. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANY OF THE PRODUCTS THEY MAKE! They honestly all stand behind what comes out from them and they are not new to the game.

Now I know some will say.. spacers... not good. Blocks.. not good. I don't plan to be doing any real offroading or Baja Racing so they fit my application, which is; "I want the look and room for bigger tires."
I just drove the truck all the way back from Anaheim to San Diego and it was a great ride the entire way.

As for the spindles, which everyone is in this thread to hear about and hopefully pick up. Top quality and made to be tough! Great fit and finish. They know what is needed for this to bolt directly onto your trucks. Take a look at the picture of the comparison for yourself. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

The after picture is a little dark so I will get another better tomorrow.

this is the perfect amount of lift IMO..... first time i didn't want 4wd :/

So can you still get a good alignment with stock uca using these spindles?

 

Spindles move the hub down 3-4" they do NOT change the geometry of the suspension in any other way that I am aware of. Mine are in this shipment somewhere so we shall see for sure!

 

I have to get an alignment with everything that was done. It's recommended that you get a alignment.

 

Can you measure from the center of hub to fender for me? Thanks!

 

I was reading through some of the pages of this thread and I was wondering if it is still 420 for the spindles? Also I have the pro comp 3 inch lift and I was also wondering do y'all think that I can put the spindles and still keep my lift or would I have to get rid of the 3 inch and put the spindle lift on? Im still debating if I should get this or just keep my lift. Any input would help.

I have the lifetime alignment at express but my question was if i have to buy new uca.

 

ur a 4x4 right? then you cant have these spindles..
