And yes both camburg and maxtrac show that you must replace the brake lines...

I am picking up a set of used 5100's and Eibach springs to go on with mine! :D I am excited... Just got to figure out if they have shipped now...

I am going to try to keep it as close to the 4 as possible because I want the rear to be level or a little high. But I am leaving room to have options since I am also going to install Light Racing UCA's at the same time! :bananadance:

Yeah I hadnt realized i didnt need the UCA's if I got the spindle and they were looking like they were a far reach due to price... And yes I plan to install myself. Not sure about a mod day but more like mod weekend... :der:

And that isnt to hard at all. I am sure those that get the new spindles will post likes and dislikes rather quickly.

Nope, don't need UCA's. UCA's allow for a little more wheel travel w/ a uni-ball, and allow more caster for a bigger tire. Caster pushes the tires back towards the fire wall which improves the steering when you have bigger tires. Uni-ball UCA's are also stronger as balljoints tend to crack under hard use. When I had 5100's set at 2.5 I cracked the balls on my camburg Ball-Joint arms but that's because the shocks had a pre-load on them which put the joint at a stressed angle. The beauty of spindles is they take the load off the spring and still provide 4" of lift, while taking all the pressure off the ball-joint which also improves ride, and longevity of the joint. Love those lifetime alignments, got one at firestone :)

Don't second guess yourself at this point, just add the spindles.
It's not rocket science, you can do the install in your garage w/ basic hand tools and a torque wrench. Not to say that it's easy, but it is very doable.
    Greg you gonna buy these?
I'm thinking about it... 450 is a killer deal. I also want one of the lab rats to review these a little more.

Yessir! I can't dish out money how I'd like to so I have to go with whats best for my wallet. I'm sure they're gonna hold up as good or better than stock so I'm not worried really. I'm just curious on the final price. It looks like there have been different price points floating around...

I agree. I don't even think anyone has talked to him in regards to a group buy yet on the new ones.
