I got my wheels from them about 3 week ago. I order on a moneday and had them on friday. I never got a tracking number from them though. They were a great deal. I would order from them again.

4wheelparts - What I hear is not to talk to them or ask them for advices. It's like if you know what you want and there's a deal then get it from them.

4wheelonline - They do have good deals but they suck with customer service. I emailed them 2 different times and each time it took 3-4 days for a response. I called them over 5 times with each time on hold for at least 5 minutes (I know because I checked the phone timer) and never even got to talk to a person. I tried calling all times of the day. And so I decided to do a bit of a research then I found out they had 81 complaints to the Better Business Bureau.

By the way this subject shouldn't be in the 2nd gen. forum.

I hope you get yours soon, too.

See....if I had to guess I would say your post should be in the Vendor Reviews section. The reason I would say that is because the question wasn't anything about the product and how it fits with the second generation Tacomas. I THINK your question was more about the vendor.

But yeah man.... hope you don't have to deal with customer service. No one likes that shit. I had to deal with customer service a lot recently and it sucked.

    Yeah you better!!!:p

Welcome to TW. Since you're already buying a winch I figured you're not new to the modding world like I am.
