4WheelParts is holding their Truck and Jeep Fest events aroun the country. I believe they already had a SoCal one and Hawaii is next weekend March 12th-13th. Not sure what to expect but it looks like there will be some good deals there. I'm planning on being there at least one if not both days here in Hawaii. More info is available on the 4Wheel Parts site-

Do you know if the deals are worth going (for tires specifically)?

Not sure how everything will be but they say factory direct pricing, so if that's true then it should be really good. I'm not sure what I'm going to get. I have a set of Mickey T MT 305s I need to have installed. But I really want an ARB bumper (front and back) a nice Warn Winch, and an OME lift. Not sure if I'll find it all but it'll be fun at the very least.

So, I went to this thing today. I must say I was a bit disappointed. There was alot of stuff, but the prices on most things weren't that much lower than the usual price. It's ok if there is something you want and are willing to wait for it to ship. But if you're hoping to get something at half price I'd say you have a better chance of getting it on here or trolling craigslist.

I have not been in about 3 years, but when I went last they had a clearance section with great pricing, and the rest was pretty much like any other web sale they offer.

In the clearance section they had a couple full wheel sets, and some single, double, and triple wheels.

Tires there were odd sizes, mostly quite large - 37's and bigger

They did have a few intake systems, though mostly dodge and chevy K&N systems. I bought 5 of them for about 75% off, sold them on craigslist for about 1/2 retail, made a bit of cash.

I may go this year in TX, but it will depend on what is happening that weekend.
