40” light bar recommendations?

    You can always see if they have a scratch-n-dent available. That's what I did for a 50" (that I never used) :bananadead:

    There's no covers. It's built in behind the lenses and bulbs.

    I got mine used (never installed).

    That photo looks odd to me; as if there are incandescent bulbs for the "clearance" lights. I think mine looked different, however, it was daytime.

    It looks like @geekhouse23 has floods on the sides and spots in the center. I think that the LED DRL's in the bar just get scattered when they are on.

    True story. Not a great pic since it's daytime, but you can see the center two (spot) aren't as intense as the outer two (flood) from where this pic was taken.

    I think it's the actual LED's making the spot sections look yellow or amber. It's a nice setup regardless.

    I recently ordered a light roof rack and I'm looking at lighting options. I was thinking about doing the new harbor freight light pods. I'm afraid they may have to much spread though. I don't want light reflecting off my hood like crazy. Would a light bar be a better option?
