Definitely interested in pricing for the mounts.

Also, where did you purchase your nutserts? I was looking at them as a mounting option for a home made roof rack at one point but couldn't find them without ordering 500 for an ungodly amount of money. Do they work as advertised?

So it's looking like I can do the mounts for around $100 shipped, without coating. Getting them coated may end up being a case by case option for an extra charge seeing as my powder coater isn't always available.

And the nut serts work amazing and just as advertised, and I picked them up at my local bolt and nut store here in salt lake, the name of the store is Bolt Center and they are great to work with. If you are still in need of some I can get you some for a good price.

Put me down for a pair of the brackets.

I have a bolt supply shop here I could probably check. I never got that far in planning with the roof rack and ultimately decided not to do it.

I haven't noticed any on my Jeep, but then it has the aerodynamics of a brick to begin with.

For the record, I'm OP's brother.

He's in Michigan at the moment, and we're waiting on his mounts to get back from the powder coater. Then I can wire them up and get a pic of the output.

Got a notification that the first set should have been delivered.

Next run should be cut this week, but we've got an off road race this weekend so nothing will happen on them until next week.

I believe he was planning on getting the last of the first run shipped out before we leave for the race on Wednesday.

Ok, thanks P.Blackley, product was was good. Mounted up great and fit was awesome. Thanks for including mounting accessories. Only thong that would have made it better is detailed instructions. I went by pics in post to find hole size to drill and where to drill. That being said this was not a DIY thread. I went with the non welded version because I wanted to make sure the fit would work with my light bar, I got cheap version of light because I wasn't sure how much I would use the light, pleased with light performance and mounting. Price was was good, might be able to find something already finished cheaper. I have a total of $200 invested after welds and powder coating. Stability is firm and no worries about flex and etc..thanks for putting this together P. Blackley. The end game...great product and great person to work with. Thanks. Hope this helps all those that are looking. By the way trying to post pics.

I'm disappointed he hasn't posted the pictures of the powdercoated ones he mounted on his truck last night with the light bar on it.

I think I still need to help him wire it up so he can turn it on though.
