    Nowhere near 300k miles… but 96k Km on a 2021 ain’t bad?

    Just did
    • ATF
    • Diff Fluid
    • Replaced diff breather (this is my fault, I didn’t relocate it and it clogged)
    • Front pads (machined front rotors)
    • T-case fluid
    • Brake fluid
    • Engine oil + filter
It’s been dead reliable. And I beat on this thing.

hey we're basically twins. I got 99238kms on my 21 sport mt as of this day. Issues i've had is tweaky cluster and leaking rad. All other parts original and all fluids changed first at 5000kms then at 50'000 kms then again two months ago at 8xxxxkms. Since my warranty is basically up i've switched to 5w30 for the summer and will prolly run 0w20 in the winter since it gets to -40 around here. This summer i'll change the coolant and plugs and later on before snow i'll prolly be due for all the fluids again minus the brake fluid this time. Fyi dot 4lv and the accumulator delete and tune makes the mt experience quite nice

Wait so you’re having the random jittery needles on the instrument cluster too? Mine does it when holding 110. It’s so friggin weird.

Yea, first dealer I went to locally to me (which now hate me) said they couldn't duplicate even though a provided a video while driving in front of their dealer with it in the background. Grande Prairie Toyota sorted me out with a new cluster. Even technically lost some mileage because they ordered the cluster at 57'000kms then when it came in I was at 69'000kms so i guess technically I have 12'000kms more

Yikes that sucks, but fair. Mine would flat out just lose all gauge function randomly

Great to hear! Hope to get there one day too. Didn't you post a while ago that you thought you may have a small rear main oil leak? Or was that someone else with high mileage?

Yeah so I was slacking on maintenance on my oil catch can . Failure to clean the dual screens inside . Clean the crap out of it and now I service my oil catch can every two oil changes . Manufacture states in instructions to clean filters every 10k and I never did my mistake. Oil leak vanashed , thank god . I switched to high mileage oil after that big mistake. I'm very lucky .

Quick update- just hit 100k Km on my 2021

not crazy high, but the difference is this truck is not a highway truck. Only 25% of my miles are highway driving.

    Oil changes every 8k Km

    Failures
    • Fan Clutch- probably my fault as I had burried it in mud up to the fan, and the seal failed.
Weird Quirks, but not necessarily failures.
    • The ac vent in my passanger footwell dripped water for about 5k miles, then magically stopped. Drain was never clogged.
Besides that, it’s been flawless. Majority of its life has been wheeling or towing a 4K camper.

Common man it’s a reasonable question with 300k miles if it ain’t leaking that’s saying something

Go and enjoy your truck. I know he hasn’t had an issue with the front timing cover leaking. He just drove, worked, towed and enjoyed his truck without worrying. Try it…..
