Does your dash cam plug into a USB? Does that mean it automatically turns on with ignition then turns off when truck is turned off? Battery life while not plugged in, if that is possible?

So you have it plugged into USB cigarette lighter adapter? That automatically turns it on/off with ignition? I use a GoPro for dash cam but it's getting tedious to manually turn on and off everytime I start and stop driving.

I find it funny, you break all that with one of your first major trips yet I've done some serious shit for two years and don't even have a dent from wheeling... Your luck sucks dude LOL Wish I could've made it.

if you have the steel bumper and winch, you should think about going 886 instead. I'm on 887 with the aluminum pelfreybilt/synthetic winch, and i think if you got 887 with your setup you would regret it.

are the srq2's that much brighter? I got the regular srq in my rear bumper and love them! ... actually, not sure if i want to know the difference! haha

the vid looks like fun! guess somebody had to swim out there with the winch line

Awesome build man. I love that Pelfreybilt bumper and the light addition you did. Keep it up.

I live in Northern VA but have family who I visit a few times a year in Canton, Akron, and Cleveland. Can you suggest any offroad spots? Doesn't need to be anything extreme. You look like you do a fair bit of exploring.

    Thanks!

yep that's right! I'm just thinking for it not to sag a bunch you'll need stiffer or a spacer, which makes it stiffer anyway.
Here's a pic of my truck (blue) on 887, and my friend's truck on 886 with the heaviest bumper/winch you could imagine for reference. you can tell that his sits a little higher than mine still. He's also on larger tires though. both are dclb

I agree though, the 887 ride is pretty nice. I think your best bet is to go LT with Kings... realistically speaking... :D

Where did you pick up those FJ wheels, through the dealership-- how much did they ask/want for them?
or eBay-- in that case did you have any trouble balancing them?

Okay no worries. My current amp is taking a shit slowly this past week so I might just get a new Denso through work if cheap enough unless you decide to sell me one of your old ones.
