Thats sounds like you lucked out. I always seemed to get into some shit with my old 4wd taco. Especially since most of Texas is privately owned.
    I like my peerunner too.

Nooooo. I was indicating the potential for poor judgment on your behalf while you are gorked on meds. Because even when sober, your judgment is, shall we say, uh, inop.

So I am going full Brittfartikus on myself in prep for this trip.

In addition to Dakars with greasable shackles..

What do you guys think of this list...I can justify it all now...

    Viair 400P
    http://www.amazon.com/Viair-40043-V...bs_auto_2?ie=UTF8&refRID=07YNVVGXF101EPXA1EJS

Only has 33% versus 100% duty cycle, but from what I have read of reviews and my needs, I think that is fine and can't justify another $100 for the 450P with 100%

    ARB tire plug kit
    http://www.amazon.com/ARB-10000010-Orange-Speedy-Repair/dp/B004P91FCO

And either Oasis or Staun deflators

    http://aircompressors.oasismfg.com/viewitems/tire-deflators/automatic-tire-deflators?

    http://www.amazon.com/Staun-SCV5-Ti...im_auto_3?ie=UTF8&refRID=1D5H6QY5QY2CEXJEAAQA

List is way too short for Brittfartikus. Disappointed in you.

The 400P is a good unit. Higher CFM than the 100% duty one.

Sorry, I had to eat dinner and run over to REI.

Oh cool, someone here actually has one. Yeah, I noticed the fill rates just from the specs provided on Amazon. Glad to have a first-hand endorsement.

So with the Viair filler gauge, is it accurate, besides the fact that you have to hold it? I saw a lot of reviews bitching about ho inaccurate the ARB filler gauges can be... so I wonder how prevalent the issue is across brands.

Dem Lisles, they require holding it seems. You cant preset them to a specific PSI and walk away...the Stauns are pricey, but people really like them and they are accurate.

Heard good stuff about the Oasis ones, same idea, but less expensive.

    Review comparing both here:

I'm still waiting for my wrenches. I'm buying Dakars and a bunch of trail gear, and just bought a Nikon and accessories. What in the fucking fuck do I need to do!?!?!?!
Have you owned one, or just used one? Thanks for the endorsement. Oh wait, you're high as fuck on painkillers...
