So I've been fighting a headcold off since bout thursday. Not even a bad one - most of last week/weekend I just had a headache and a slightly irritated throat, and that's turned in to a touch of chest congestion. nothing that is really slowing me down, if I keep some mucinex D and sudafed in the system every few hours.

Went to buy a box of each, which I haven't purchased either in months, and was told I couldn't cause of the amount of sudoephedrine I was trying to purchase was more than whatever the daily intake limit was.

I was like bullshit - you think I'm cooking meth in my bathroom? I haven't bought any in half a year, and today my throat sounds like crap, I'm sick. finally I was like - whatever put the sudafed back, I need the decongestant more.

Fuckin nanny-state bullshit. I'll have the wife pick some of on the way home from her work.

I agree. Dr had me on sudafed decongestant and it dried me up so bad I couldnt hack my throat clear till I did a sinus flush.
Went and took a mucinex and still did sinus flush. Much better.

I use a saline spray lately to flush all that junk out and seems to help.

No... but as much ice and snow as we've had this year I wish I would have. Used a shit ton of 303 though.

Good thing I didn't wash it. I'll be damned if it isn't starting to rain right fucking now

Anyway... Got everything done underneath the truck today. Just rolled over 14k. Oil changed, rear diff oil changed, drive shafts lubed, and tires rotated. Spent the rest of the day cleaning out the engine bay and went from front to back underneath. Shit is fucking clean now (at least the bottom half).

No kidding! How much product did you use for that much cleaning, Britt? Little goes a long way type thing or is a gallon maybe 2 good cleanings?

How long does it last, both in reference to a gallon of 303 and also how long parts stay clean like that? I assume this is a silly question, but would Simple Green work as well as 303, but maybe not last as long? Or is 303 that spectacular?

I was only using the 303 on my weatherstripping. its expensive. Then I started putting it on tires.
    Its expensive.
Then I started on engine bay.
    Its expensive.
    And...
    And...
    And...

Used to use an mix of simple green and denatured alcohol when in rc. It was good. Wish I knew of 303 then.
