Had to take our runner in today for the dealer (different one) to retap 3 of the bolt holes and replace the bolts for the skid plate because the jackass fucks that have been servicing it thought it would be a good idea to remove and replace the skid plate with a impact gun. Striped 3 of the bolts out and the movement broke one of the alignment tabs off the front of the skid plate. Oh and then they also never bothered to tell me the shit was stripped out at the original dealer and I noticed the other day when my wife was driving behind me and saw the skid plate was sitting crooked. Touched it and the fucker had 1 bolt holding it on.

My wife has a hysterectomy and still has to go in every other year? But yeah... I'm not looking forward to it but it's better than the alternative I suppose.

I'm not on a vegan diet but it sure has changed since my wife became sick last year. My B/P is has always been low and usually runs 100-110 over 60 with a pulse of 60. I forget what my cholesterol is but it was way within limit. I've been pretty lucky with my family. No cancer genes that we can trace. That said... all the shit I've been exposed to throughout my career I've no doubt that I'll die of some form of cancer.

Me: Bad cholesterol borderline, good cholesterol super high, so ratio is awesome. Had a doc want to put me on meds, said no way. I don't think they have this one figured out yet. The honest ones will agree. BP is pre-HT at times, runs in the family, but got a home tester and it's within the good range about half the times I check it, never crazy high. Refused meds there as well. I just try to get on my bike and ride hard 2 times per week and stay away from fried foods (had a great ride tonight, beating the cold weather coming in). I've dropped 20 pounds over the last 2 years slowly and it's staying off, just exercising and not eating too much shit food. Numbers not budging much, but I feel better. So don't get any ideas about playing on my lawn.

My wife is a double cancer survivor, sure most of you have heard the story since I've been here through it all. Best you can do is stay positive, everyone's number is called eventually. My sister's new husband passed away last weekend, another reminder to live every day.

    Bah. Here's Kate.

So, it won't show up on a CARFAX? Maybe that's good?
