My wife is the expert. I keep it full of water and get my cider, tea or chocolate out of it at the push of a button (never developed a taste for coffee):D Ours has three cup size selections, a on/off so it isn't running when no one is there and doesn't take long to warm back up. Also has a low water light.

Thanks Ed! It’s been a lot of hard work on his part and he is starting to see the fruits. He’s gotten into some good schools so far but he’s still waiting on USC, Michigan, and the UC’s. He should hear back in a few more weeks. This one was a good sign for those.

Yep. Too funny huh! They know what they are doing. The house is 2500 sq ft single story with RV access in Orange County. Not too many of these unicorns out there in neighborhoods like this. They are definitely marketing to the baby boomer by what they put on the TVs. I have seen in other 4000 sq ft+ Houses with pools and outdoor living spaces, etc, they usually photoshop baseball or football on the TVs. Not this one. Haha.

Hell no. I water it and I pay for it. Stupidest BS but not shocking for Cali. How about we build a freakin dam? Nope, Instead we're spending billions on a bullet train between Fresno and Madera.:annoyed:

Not enough water storage. We get plenty of rain/snow every year and let it run off into the ocean because we need to protect the delta smelt

Ecology is a branch of biology, so ipso facto.

Had a division officer in the mid 70's when I was in San Diego that planned on being a water rights lawyer once he got out of the Navy. He often said when it was all said and done the only ones that were going to make out on the water wars were the lawyers. Pretty sure he is a rich ass bastard and retired by now.

Too many people and not enough water for a long time.

If you go too far out on a branch it usually breaks.

Gonna be there a while with that one. Might as well get popcorn a 2 liter drink and a slop jar. Maybe a 6 pack of Vienna also.
