5'11" and I've hit 200 in the past, winter weight. Each year I'm trying to get my winter weight down. Winter is hard, no yard work and no light to get a ride in after work. I can't do the gym or exercise equipment. Now my winter weight is 190, dropping to 185 or so in the summer when I am more active. I'd like to drop that to 185 winter and 180 summer. It would be nice to see 175 again, which is probably about right for me, but at least things are trending the right direction.

If I could live between 205-215 at 6’2”, I’d be thrilled. I’m hovering around 255ish now :pout:

About ten years ago I got down to 195 or so from 275, but I had very little muscle mass. The gut was pretty much gone, but I looked gross and felt weak. I’ve learned a lot since then, so I’m hoping this go around yields better results. We have a big family trip to SoCal this summer and I want to be able to be comfortable at the pool, but more importantly not feel gassed all the time.

I'm a similar size. 6'4 262lbs currently. Last year when I started I was 268. I got down to 252 and hit a wall and got lazy for about 3 months. Im back at it and we will see if I can bust through that wall

Playing basketball 3 times a week and riding my fat bike in the snow when I can. Hopefully that will be enough exercise. I'm not doing keto, just watching calories and intermittent fasting (fast for 16 hours eat during 8 hour window)

Sounds like a good plan. I’ve heard good things about IF.

I’ve been lifting and using my rower since just before the new year. I don’t expect that will do much for weight loss, but it’s already helping me not feel sluggish and creaky. I’m reading up on keto, and pretty I’m pretty optimistic that it will do some good. We’ll see how it goes.

That’s pretty cool. I had no idea C2 made anything like that. Looks like they make exercise bikes too.

I have their rower and I absolutely love it. It’s really nice to be able to do conditioning that works your upper and lower body simultaneously. For now, I’m just doing long, steady cardio with it, but it’s a super effective way to do intervals. A few years ago, when I first tried doing HIIT with it I ended up sprawled out on the floor and almost puked.

Nice! Got my Concept rower about 4 years ago. Love it- best on the market.

The skierg is great- will open your pleural cavity like nothing else. I use the rower for more controlled longer intervals. (i only do intervals or both...). Once I became proficient On the skierg, i do higher rep/intense intervals that are much shorter in duration.

These machines- especially the skierg are amazing. Both can help folks of all shapes and sizes. Both are very scalable- my kids use them! Well worth the investment.
