I had a video of me flying the Mavic in the living room one time but I can't find it. I only tried it once and that was enough. It worked fine but I didn't try it again.

When we were working with the FBI when I was on Haz Mat I brought the Inspire and the Mavic out and flew them in our warehouse where we used to train. I was trying to get funding for a few drones for Haz Mat. They would have saved us at the very least an hour of suiting up and going downrange (depending on the incident).

    Nicely done, Craig!

I’m starting Keto next week, now that we’re out of the holidays and back into our routine. Any tips or lessons learned you’d care to share?

    I’m 6’ 1” and was about 188 when I married my wife 15yrs ago.
I’d be super thrilled to get back to that but I’m being realistic.

6'-0" here. I just got super lucky with the gene pool. I have never had a problem with weight, heart disease or anything like that. I'm pretty lucky in that I can eat a super fatty ribeye and get away with it no problem. Never had to even think about what I eat. And the last cholesterol test I had the dooc actually had them retake it becuase he said he has never seen a test that low on the bad and high on the good. Only thing I can attribute it too is my genes. :notsure:

5'11" and I've hit 200 in the past, winter weight. Each year I'm trying to get my winter weight down. Winter is hard, no yard work and no light to get a ride in after work. I can't do the gym or exercise equipment. Now my winter weight is 190, dropping to 185 or so in the summer when I am more active. I'd like to drop that to 185 winter and 180 summer. It would be nice to see 175 again, which is probably about right for me, but at least things are trending the right direction.

If I could live between 205-215 at 6’2”, I’d be thrilled. I’m hovering around 255ish now :pout:

About ten years ago I got down to 195 or so from 275, but I had very little muscle mass. The gut was pretty much gone, but I looked gross and felt weak. I’ve learned a lot since then, so I’m hoping this go around yields better results. We have a big family trip to SoCal this summer and I want to be able to be comfortable at the pool, but more importantly not feel gassed all the time.
