Yep! We are really into our guns/knives/hunting and the outdoors! We're trying to get on a hunting trip with Lee and Tiffany Lekowski. I have a buddy that hunts some of the same hunting property that they do in Idaho.

That is really cool! My wife and daughters barely like to view nature through a window it seems. There may be hope for my oldest.

We have dragged the kids camping with us ever since they were in diapers. They love the outdoors, but it seems like they are more into their sports than anything else nowadays. Damn teenagers! lol

Neither of my girls were ever into sports (unless you count eSports, both are avid techies and gamers). I'm not a hunter but have always been into mountain biking, hiking, camping, and occasional fishing (if it is in Colorado streams). My oldest likes hiking and nature, but she is a bit resistant to spending the night in nature. It works for us -- I enjoy having my alone time and getting out of the estrogen-laden atmosphere.

HAHA. Yeah. But that's not my dog, my dog is quiet and loves going camping. He can't wait to get up in the RTT, it's his dog fort.

They are some of the nicest folks you'll ever meet! We met them at our local Bass Pro Shops here and we stood there for at least half an hour chit chatting with them! Fans were getting impatient, so we shook hands, hugged and let others get a chance to meet them.

I wish I could like your post but I can't.

I lost a lot of friends over the years for similar situations. That was very nice of the other Firefighters to fill in so everyone could be there.
