I like tea on occasion. Few and far between those occasions but I still like it, considering I dont drink coffee.

I was thinking the exact same thing lol. It's amazing the things you will think about to keep yourself / mind active during a time like this. But... now that you've brought it up. I really want some "proper" tea.

The Sri Lankans that made my wedding rings (custom jeweler in Riyadh) drank Yellow Label with sugar and goat's milk. Outstanding. The closest I do to that now is Earl Grey with half and half.

Earl Grey is my go to. Lady Grey is not bad. I like a good old black tea as well.

Since I retired from active duty, my mantra has been:
    - No more bad coffee
    - No cheap beer
    - No crappy booze

Haven't had Folgers or Maxwell House since 2011.

While you're at it, try Irish Breakfast Tea. It's a blend of mostly black teas.

I’ve switched to Blackrifle for now. There a place locally you can get it. So figuring out what flavor I like best. Doesn’t look all dried out. There’s better out there but for the price it’s pretty good.

Try Australian billy tea too. Also dark, high caffeine, but better flavor. Proper billy tea has small bits of gum tree and eucalyptus tree leaves in it but it’s hard to find outside of Australia without Chinese Ingredients.

Billy tea is traditionally made with loose tea leaves in a billy can over campfire coals. Boil the water, throw in a small handful of leaves for each cup plus one for the pot. Then using the billy can handle swing the can at least five times overhead to get the leaves to settle and steep. Dip your cup in and enjoy a strong cuppa.

Not really something you want to do in your kitchen? You can just buy Billy bags and steep them like all other bagged tea.

Being in this thread reminds me all the time.... there is so much shit that I don't know.

I might have to order that. It's not like I don't have the time now.
