    To be honest, that vigorous washing I thought I saw, was in the back of my mind more than just washing. I have seen 8 year old kids in this locker room, so in my mind I needed to confront this guy. When I saw this guy blatantly masterbating, every alarm was going off that this will only get worse. I needed to have a clear conscience that I wasn't the one "turning a blinds eye", from something that needed to be addressed and in doing so preventing something worse down the road.
