    I needed a situation resolved. No one was willing to help. Soooo I had to deal with it myself. Issue was resolved, no one won, everyone lost. Someone just lost more than the other. Problem was taken care of, now no longer a worry. Done.

    ugh, I have one of those in my neighborhood. I moved in 8 months ago, and he no sooner did I pull up in my u-haul he was standing right there to greet me. Nice enough guy, figured he was a good neighbor, we exchanged pleasantries and went about our way.

    Every single day and night since then, he feels it necessary to stare at me through his window every single time I leave my front door or pull up in my truck. For 8 months now. If I go outside to have a cigarette or talk on the phone, he'll step outside and stand in his front yard and stare at me. FOR EIGHT FREAKIN MONTHS NOW.

    He's this old retired dude with nothing better to do than worry about every single little noise that gets made in the neighborhood, and for some reason he finds it necessary to eyeball the hell out of me whenever I make a public appearance. Lately, I've started to make a game out of it. When I leave to go to my truck and he steps outside to take a look at me, I stop and I stare back at him. He always gives first, but it takes a solid minute. It's unsettling. Sometimes I make (subtle) obscene gestures. Fuck it, I don't care anymore...if he's going to be that paranoid I'm going to give him his jollies worth
