Born and raised in Hawaii yes, but living in Washington state. I'm the second owner. I used it a total of 20 hrs total. Just as a fridge. Have a 4yr old and brought food and drinks. It was in my Landcruiser. PO used it a little less than me. TOTAL HRS: 35-40. PO bought new in Dec 12. I bought it from him in June 13.

FWIW, this is the unit I have. Very nice and works great. Capable of freezing as well, but only one temperature zone. Also has a fast freeze mode which is neat as well.

I reversed the hinges, added a gas shock, and mounted in in place of half the back seat
