I just had mine done and didn't do all the extras stuff. I did have them replace the corroded battery cable though.

i once had a shop quote me on replacing a rear main seal in a wrangler, they said also replace pan gasket, ok. they went to the labor book and got the time to replace pan gasket then the time to replace rear main and added the two together, they have to remove the pan to replace the rear main seal that is part of the labor built into the seal job.. duh i ain't that stupid.

So I just did an engine oil and filter change for $100. I think it's too high.
    Oil: $25
    Premium oil additive: $25
Not sure what the heck is that needed for, and when I said I don't want it, they said they'll still charge me for it anyways. Then I said put it if you're gonna charge me for it.
    Filter: $6
    Drain plug gasket: $1.45
    Shop supplies: $5
    Labor: $35

And the guy tried so hard to get me to do the following services, and I declined.
    It's recommended NOT required.
    As someone said stealership lol.

Front brake pads and machine rotors: $199.95
    Evaporator core cleaner: $69.95
    Brake fluid exchange: $130.95
    Throttle body service: $89.95
    Transmission conditioner: $69.95
    4X4 service: $249.95
    Top D-crab kit: $189.95
    Fuel injection service: $199.95
    Subtotal: $1200
    Shop charges: $59.58
    Tax: $38.08
    Total: $1298.66
    I said no thanks lol

    Your thoughts?

If your power steering fluid is low, just add some. That is what mine looks like. No need to change at this time at all. For the brake fluid, just check if there is any water in it with an instrument. It should be good at this mileage.

I'm at 105k on my 2016, have not done any of that stuff, just the regular oil changes, did change my plugs at 100k
my 90k recommended list from dealer was:
    Brakes flush $170
    4x4 fluids $385
    Front pads soon $385
    Drive Belt $272
    Clean throttle and
    air flow sensor
    replace PCV valve $285
I will probably have them do drive belt and
my brakes I can do for about $100

Where can I find a list of necessary fluid change/service and the corresponding mileage? Trying to avoid the upsell.
My 2013 Tacoma now has 65K miles. Do I wait until 90K for diff, etc and all the rest?

Dowoad the PDF file here to see the maintenance schedule.
Personally, I perform the required services only. Recommended is for extreme situations and use, and more like a cash cow for dealers.
    Please make your decision

You can get a pack of little test strips made by Phoenix systems for about $20 that tests both your coolant and brake fluid if you’re worried about it. Id go by those than the dealership’s recommendation any day. I’ve used them on my truck and have tested known brand new and known really old brake fluid and coolant on another car and the results seem quite accurate.

Something I do with the power steering fluid is a couple times a year i take a syringe and extract all the fluid in the reservoir and pour in fresh fluid, just to keep it somewhat new, drive it for a week or so and repeat.

Yup, my dealer got it done in a hour for my 30K miles service.

The bold part in your post: Front end brake pads can be replaced in 15 mins (more or less) depends on how quick you work on. The rear end which are drum brakes probably take little bit longer or quicker depending on how quick you work on. Brake inspection takes a few seconds each all around.
