I will start a small business hopefully within the next month or so! Waiting on the paperwork to get processed! My business will start with selling small accesories such as LED lighting kits(full interior swaps), LED components and other interior and exterior accesories! I have kits for 3rd and 4th gen 4runners already! I can do any car kit, pm me if you have a certain car you want a kit for so I can research and maximize your light output! I want to do something about tacomas, so if somebody can help me in Norcal, pls let me check out your truck! The entire kit for a 4runner is on average about $30-$40! THat includes two of these awesome dome lights that I wanted to show off! I am only using two of them in the pictures below to light up my entire landcruiser!

Are you gonna have these "kits" for the tacoma as well? If so will the include the dome light and map lights? Last question will they be available in different colors instead of white? What is the possible price?

It will include the domelight! I do not know but I will check out the new tacoma at the dealer nearby so I can put together a kit! What colors were yu thinking?

There is only one domelight in a taco right? and two map lights?

Hopefully the tacoma map light housing is large enough to fit another dome light! Kinda like the 80 series landcruiser's map light

Yes sir one dome light two map lights is all, personally i was thinking blue but i know different guys and gals have added footwell led's (aka fighter pilot mod) and they are in a variety of colors, therefore more color variety will probably lead to larger client population IMO...

edit: the dome light is plenty big to accommodate the led's from the looks of it...

Good point! I will see what I can do! I want the kit to be plug and play so for now I think that I cannot throw in footwell lights! It I was going to, I'd want to put together a kit with an add a circuit, wiring, switch and footwells! This way the products would come from me and people can have all they need to install them:)

Let me know if you have more suggestions! Maybe you can even run two dome LED's in one housing for extra brightness!;)

I do not have UV blacklights lol I can check what I can find in the UV dome light panel variety while waiting for more responses! If anyone wants to be a guineau pig for the dual dome setup, let me know! I got about 10 of these domes arriving next week:D As well as a variety of different map lights and courtesy lights!

The dome or the entire kit? I am gaging interest which is why I posted here rather than an immediate group buy thread!
    Thanks for your response!

I bought my White 32 LED dome light for 12 dollars and got the 6 LED map lights for like 4 dollars each. So if you can compete with that price then go for it!

There are already TONS of LED manufactureres on the market right now so your competition is gonna be stiff.

    Good luck man

    Thanks for wishing me luck:D

I know! The 48SMD LED panel is definitely better than the 32 LED so I am pricing accordingly Is yours SMD? Or regular LED? I want to keep it at $15 or below! I feel that companies charging $25+ is way too much for a 48SMD LED panel! As I said before, I want to put together a taco kit! Selling just the dome lights is just based on if people want it separately!

mine is just normal LEDs. If I could get one of your led boards for 15 or less I would be in for one for sure.
I see that oznium sells theirs for $25  and they only have like 8 or 10 leds in it.

Ran into a taco guy who wants a full kit earlier and be the first tester! I will pm you as the beta tester soon!

Are there variations in each taco?

Do all of them have door courtesy light, map lights and dome lights? Same amount in all?

Working on some awesome pricing, stay tuned!

Contacted Hunter500ky about testing out an LED kit! Lets hope this comes out succesful! The smaller cab area of a tacoma will make for great lighting! I'm hoping for two 6SMD 5050 LED map lights and the 48 SMD LED dome light! Don't know about the doors yet but whatever happens, I want to maximize the brightness!

I do not think they are! But I am hoping to source them in the SMD5050 variety! The map lights(smaller panel) I got planned is the SMD 5050 panel in the kit!
