124" I moved axle forward almost 2" in back....it hits the front leading edge but I'm chopping the whole back half of the frame off if I link.

Its 2" shorter than my ex cab which was 126...ID like to get 118 but not going to happen with 4 doors without some major modification....and I've almost flipped over backwards and
Frontwards with this wheelbase....so Its a good base in my book...lol

Its BEEFY too, has a little surface rust other than that is good. You would need to shorten the bed side protection, drill mounting holes in your frame and cut the bed for the tire carrier part but that would be easy haha

Lol. I'm 127". I haven't wheeled my tacoma yet so I'm not sure how it will handle. Should be quite a bit different than the 104" my 82 has that I'm used to wheeling with haha

Yeah I'm thinking it will climb like no other at this length. I'm also pretty tall right now at 28" to the frame so with the t case skid the belly is nice and high. Only thing I was worried about is turning.. welded front but full hydro. I have my steering stops adjusted out to keep the tires out of the springs too

It'll be great....I'm hydro assist and would love full hydro but daily drive 90 miles...

28 isn't bad jeeps sit tall and vertical so they have low belly and tall tops the Toyota sit horizontal and works ......both are great but my Toyota has slaughtered everything my jeep had issues on....

Well this is a bad ass bumper. If I run it I'm going to cut the tire carriers off which would be sad but oh well. I'll make you an awesome deal, if youre interested pm me

Yeah just a bit tall though. I'd like to get it down to 26".

And I feel ya there on the dd'ing. I don't dd mine but I do drive it on the street and the full hydro takes a lot of getting used to, especially at highway speeds haha.

28" on 40s leaf sprung is pretty standard...on 40s mine was 27 but saggin a bit....mine now would be close to that on 40s....couldn't lower mine now mt hydraulic lines would go through the oil pan.

You will be fine, as long as you don't care about body damage lol. Theres a reason both sides of my truck and bed are caved in, you find yourself using the body as a pivot in the southern style forest type wheeling.

I do my best to keep it clean. I have a flat bed so I'm fine there but I do what I can to avoid body damage. Not afraid to push it though so we'll see what happens.

You got an SAS tacoma on damn near 40's, the southern trails are going to eat that thing up lol!! That's honestly what makes a lot of the hard trails in harlan and the like well... hard. I'm fully confident i can get the taco through them if there was not a huge rock sticking out the side of a hill, or a tree stump waiting to cave in my windows..

Bull crew: Im interested to see how that rear shock setup/cage works out tied to the bed. I would be curious to see if it causes and stress cracking or tearing on the bed over the long term.

It won't because its a column load up and dual tubes boxxed in...there's no real lateral movement...
It has very few degrees of side to side so there isn't any other stress seen....the rear cage will be tied in anywase soon enough...it won't cause cracking or stress that will come from bed flex from hammering down and the mounts...

Pulled the fox hydraulic bumps off re tuned the compression shim stacks, also added custom sleeves internally to reduce travel to 2" and dropped the oil from 125cc to 107.4 cc based on displacement of the additional tube inside

Thing rides like a Cadillac now....plush and soaks up stuff....
Revalved the front shocks as well to a softer compression to compliment the bumps...

Started the rear tire carrier....there will be a bunch of custom work don't to this and make it dialed....I'll keep the tubing amount down but will make it nice and functional. So this is just the start. There is more work and design going into it. As well as a rear skkd for the tire carrier...
