4hi to 4 low stuck in neutral

Hi all
Hope you can help out . I’ve read many articles on here regarding the transfer case actuator and ADD. Here is the problem
When driving in 2hi and switching to 4hi 4x4light flashes and goes solid and everything works . When going to 4hi and putting the automatic transmission in N then switching to 4low 4x4 light and 4low light flashes and truck stays in Neutral and will not come out of Neutral . Have to crawl under truck and remove transfer case actuator cover and turn the gear back to 2 hi. Then I am able to drive and lights turn off as I put the truck back into 2hi on the dash .
Anyone have this same problem? 2013 v6 sport . Thanks
