Did the ABS Kill switch on my 2015 TRD Sport this weekend. Followed the OP instructions and it worked great.

I've successfully done both mods on my 2015 TRD Sport. Does anyone know how to stop the 4LO light from blinking?

Has anyone found a way to do it? Original post says something about a switch, but I couldn't find any info on that. I've also tried grounding the wire (possibly to close the loop), first from the connector, then the wire going to connector. Neither one worked.

Pretty sure the whole reason the 4LO TRAC mod works is that the ABS computer thingy isn't getting a signal that 4LO is engaged. So.. I don't think you'll get the 4LO light to stop

The switch is to turn the mod on and off. Not to fix the blinking light.

    Take the 4LO bulb out?

Turning TRAC off using the TRAC button would turn off the mod, wouldn't it? So I'm not sure you'd wanna wire up another switch to do that.

Now I feel silly. I'll have to do some reading up on the switch idea. Sorry for giving you some misinformation.

No problem at all, man. And I didn't mean to sound like an ass or anything. There's just a TON of information. I'm reading through 40 page original thread right now.

I'm just thinking...there's a gotta be a way to close the the loop and have the light think it's in 4LO, while the computer thinks it's in 4HI (already accomplished).

There are end switches on the ADD (front diff disconnect actuator), and I would be willing to bet that there are also end switches at the transfer case, and doing one of these mods interferes with contact points on one of the end switches.

Hmmm, that's something to think about.

How are you liking the mod? I haven't gotten to try it out yet so I don't know. But I can already imagine the blinking 4LO light bothering me in the dark.

I haven't done it yet. My next mod to do on my truck is 2low. Currently I'm waiting on a new ADD actuator setup because the one on my truck broke the plastic gears, and won't lock the front differential onto the driveline. I can't even get into 4wd. I gave the 4low and other light right next to it constantly blinking because I forgot to plug the thing in when I was working on it last. I'm working about 3.5 hours away from home, and won't drop my front skid until I have a jack under it to put it back on.
