4Runner at my local dealership - too good to be true?

I'll have to research the OR Premium trim level, but does this seem like a decent deal?
One major concern is that the mileage listed is wrong - the pic of the dash/odometer clearly shows 38K - would that be a useful bargaining chip?

I've been thinking of switching from my 2017 Tacoma OR and this is the closest I've seen to matching all the features that my truck has (sunroof, tow package, mainly). I love the look of this one, though that's not usually a priority.

My other major concern is the obvious mods that the previous owner did - would that front bumper or those wheels/tires void any warranty? Do you think the dealership requested a list of all mods when they took this vehicle in?

Anything else I should look at? I'm pretty sure at the very least this is worth a 20 minute drive to see it in-person.

    Thanks in advance,
    KD

$10k off for 3k miles would be an absurd deal. This is definitely a typo and the price is probably about right as a starting point for 38k.

Yeah, this is the dealership where I bought my Tacoma and they've been good to me, so I don't suspect any malice.

With the VIN#, could I get an official "build sheet" to help ID any other mods the original owner may have done? I know Jeep made those easily available, does Toyota?

$36k for a 2018 with 38k miles seems steep. You can probably pick up a new 2019 for a little more if you shop around and negotiate.

If you're willing to travel a bit, there's a shop in Kansas City called Adventure Motors that has great deals on mostly Toyota vehicles. We just traded our 2012 Tacoma ORSport in for a 2014 4Runner Trail Premium. The place keeps their resell margins in check and offers mod packages with anything you could want. They're great folks to work with too. The 4Runner we just purchased has a Toytec/Bilstein lift, rock sliders, Magnuson Supercharger, with 70k miles for $27k.
