I pretty much just followed this http://www.4x4wire.com/toyota/tech/tacoma_turn_signal/

You are gonna have to get that new socket and 1157 bulb and dremel the hole bigger in the light

The only thing i did different was tap off of the green wire for the side markers and connected it to where the turn signals were before to get the fog light look.

As for the Fast Blink situation, I came across this a couple years ago with my Wrangler when switching to LED blinkers all around. My old haunting grounds "JEEPFORUM.COM" had two solutions.

1- Found on Stu Offroad.com involves opening the blinker relay and cutting a connection on the biscuit board.
    http://www.stu-offroad.com/electrical/led1/led-3.htm

2- The solution I used was to bend one of the blades on the relay out of the way and jamming it back in.....that is the route I used although I do not recall which one.

I know that this was for a Jeep and we are talkin Yota's but relays are pretty much relays and don't vary that much in design and function.

I ended up getting a bigger bulb last night at Auto Zone. Instead of the recommended 194 I bumped it up to an amber 921 made by Silvania. It fits in the standard socket with ZERO trimming around the housing and it COMPLETELY got rid of my hyper blink! I could not be happier! :) :) :)
