4Runner front end conversion

Hey guys I thought this was interesting someone actually pulled off the conversion, thoughts? I know we had Photoshopping with this before.

Looks like it's a 2nd gen conversion tho

 

I love it. I'd have paid a lot more for a '16 TRD OR with a 4Runner Trail front clip. It's just better looking...

I never really liked that front end on the 4runner, but it definitely looks good here. Although I'm not sure how much of that is thanks to those massive flared fenders.

Looks like a lot of custom trimming / bracket fab to get the fiberglass fenders to line up with the 4Runner lights and bumper cover.

 

Interesting , so I guess we could put the new Tacoma front end on the 4Runner as well

 

With lots of money and custom fab you can do whatever you want

 

Damn that came out clean, add this to my mod wish list!

 

Front is okay, but the rear is just... weird

 

The rear is weird as hell though. If I do it, I'm doing the 2016 Tacoma tails. Maybe it will grow on me

 

That looks horrible.

 

The rear reminds me of the old Tundra stepsides. Not good looking at all.

The rear looks hideous on the tacoma. Looks fine on the T4R

 

The front looks like a wider version of my 2011 Rav4 commuter car...not liking at all.

 

I think the 4Runner front end looks a lot better than the 3rd gen Taco's.

 

Still 100% better looking than the 3rd gen IMO
