4runner trim/package questions

    avid offroad light-bar, URD short-throw shifter, fj steelies, 265-70/17 firestone destination a/t's, magnaflow 10425, tonneau cover, rear diff. breather mod, stubby antenna, debadged, weathertech digitalfit floormats, seat belt chime disabled, mudflap delete, buncha stickers
    my mother-in-law (in 2 months) just had the transmission go in her '03 rx300 (200k miles). she is thinking about a used (08-09) 4runner. being the car guy that i am imediately started browsing online and had a couple trim/package questions. she definately wants leather, and would rather have the v6 than the v8. my questions are, is leather only available in the limited trim? and if so are the limiteds only available with the v8? also, what is the mpg difference between the v6 and v8.
