Yes, they should. I think your confusion is that the TPMS units that belong to a 4runner or any other model/generation will not sync up to the Tacoma.

I've got the T4R SR5 wheels on mine and think they look great. I've been pondering coloring them bronze.. I think it would pair well with the Impulse Red.

Definitely a nice wheel, but I'd side with the other in you should paint them a dark gray / silver. Either way, nice score!

Looks fantastic man! I can’t wait to get mine put. I bought a brand set of those wheels for only 150 bucks! My tires are getting delivered today, I may get them out on this weekend! When I do I will definitely upload a photo!

Thinking about buying the t4r sr5 wheels for my 05 tacoma. The new wheels do not come with center caps. Does anyone know will the center caps from my 05 fit the new wheels?

They all look great! I wanted to go that route, but ended up with a set of 2019 OR instead. My trucks a little beat up and those 4R wheels were a just too shiny. Made it look even worse..

Just a heads up for anyone running wheel spacers getting the 4Runner trail wheels; if your OEM studs stick out past the spacers you will have to cut off the excess threads. The T4R wheels don’t have any space/cutouts on the back of the wheels like the stock Tacoma wheels do. FB9FFF9D-A9F3-4BAB-9D0B-4B41633574E0.jpg

with using the T4R wheels with a 2008 tacoma, would i need a spacer or any other mods to make them fit. mine is pretty much stock, not too interested in any body mods or lift kits.

    thanks

The T4R wheels are the same size and similar (if not the same, can't confirm) backspacing as the 17" wheels that come on a 2nd gen Taco. I'm running a 265/70r17 General Grabber AT2 tire with minimal scrubbing a full turn and no other issues.
