I recently purchased a new 2019 Toyota 4Runner and after 200 miles got the cyclical grinding noise / vibration. I am scheduled to get a new front differential based on the TSB. Didn’t they drive this thing at the factory. This is my first Toyota and so far not impressed.

Most likely not. It’s a TSB because they have found something defective about those diffs and are now replacing them. They seem to be having some problems lately with bad components which could be due to outsourcing. I’m not positive on that. If you want more 4Runner activity check out 4Runners.com!
