Lack of cooking ability is not an excuse, we have cooks, just need people to bring food.

Okay.. if I contribute two 8-12lb ribeyes is someone going to be able to do anything with them?

    Carne Asada, steaks, whatever.

So are the likes a commitment that someone is going to turn 20lbs of beef primal into edible beef? I don't want to toss them in if no one will commit to it..

Yes, I can do something with that. I'll be bringing a dutch oven anyway, and @skatefreak282 is bringing the griddle; we can turn cow parts into dinner.

    Alright, added to the list.

The cows are still walking so I won't know till next Friday how big they are. I'd expect about 20lbs of meat total, though unpeeled ribeyes tend to be pretty fatty.

    Awesome.

Can we get pictures to hang over the pot of meat?

Hahaha. Unfortunately I could only guess which animal it would be, we're killing 620 per day at the moment and we don't track primals back to the animal.

Being a good sturdy knife to break it down, it can be a pain. @skatefreak282 mountain hatch will be a nice platform to work on though!

They're boned out, not that hard to break down. Just need a decent sharp chef's knife.

Much easier then. I've only broke a couple down and remember it was a real pain.
