    Have any steel to scrap? Most scrap yards you drive over a scale, unload, then drive back on the scale.

    I recently did it at Cohen in Walton. River Metals in Newport I believe has the same system, but I went there over 10 years ago.

    The scales are usually in 20lb increments, so that might work. Although they'll probably look at you funny when you stop in to get $2 for your scrap....

    I know Walton showed the weight on the monitor and I'm pretty sure it was printed on my receipt too.
