4th gear shudder-vibration HELP

2007 Tacoma 4cyl 4x4 220,00 miles all stock. Manual transmission. Well today I started getting a shudder and vibration in 4th gear. 1-3 feels fine. 4th is all shudder. In 5th it goes away for the most part best I can tell. Can anyone tell me what's going on. If it's the transmission or clutch or where to start

Edit...rpms drop to 2000 and won't go up until shifting up or down
