Interested in the 4th gen trucks (waiting to see what they do about manual trans). My question,

Do we know anything about whether the beds will be generally the same as the 2nd and 3rd gen bed?

Lots of aftermarket support because the rail/cleat setup was the same, and lots of "in bed" accessories also are cross compatible. I'd love it if the 4th gen used the same stuff so some of my gear would carry (tonneau, bed bars, bed mat).

From what we see in spy photos and comparison to the 2022+ Tundra, the bed structure where the bed attaches to the frame will be different. The exposed bed bolts on 2nd/3rd gen will disappear. Not sure about the other stuff.
