Looking good! What wheels and tires are they? Size? Lift or not?

I thought about doing that but I prefer some contrast on the grill. But I’ll most like change out the grill to the pro version and light bar so not going to mess with it until I get the grill.

I changed out my '22 to a Pro grill not going to do this one, too much $$$ for what you get IMO. The $40 OEM blackout is fine for me this time. What offset are you running and what size tire? I just ordered a set of Tacoma Pro wheels and I think they're +20 or +25 so need to decide on tires, will be lifting 1.5 front .75 rear.

You can get some matte black spray paint from Home Depot and spray your existing emblem and snap it back on.

    I misspoke it was $50 not $40.

I did this and Plastidip before, just doesn't hold up well on the front end, fine for sides and rear.

Pick it up Wednesday or Thursday evening, went and saw how the tent was taken down and set up, it’s so much easier than I thought.

here it is outside waiting to go get fuel and then for the delivery detail and lifetime paint and interior protection to be done.

Toyota put one of those light up emblems on SR Xtracab. Why? If you like it you like it but how many people buy a SR XC and want that? Same as the exhaust tip or anything frivolous on a base model truck. I could see putting those things on the prettier trucks, or if you want to personalize after the fact.

Your truck almost looks like a Suburban. The one place I checked to compare wheelbase and overall length to a 1990 Suburban. Both measurements are longer on the Tacoma. I did use Trail Hunter specs. The Xtracab came in just shy of the 90's burb measurement. I know all vehicles have increased in size.

That is good looking truck and the Bronze Oxide always looks smashing. I'm often tempted by the OR long bed in BO. The open tent also made the bed rack look like it wasn't there.

Having had Toyotas since my 1st one in '93 there are colors that have always had issues, some you can wax and pamper to keep them at bay and some there isn't shit you can do. White was the most recent example I think but out our '22 white was fine, not sure how it will last in the future though. My buddies maroon '08 Tundra however was horrible, the roof and hood turned silver in 6 years! With this being a new color we won't know for a while if it's on the shit or high maintenance list, BUT for me I'm waxing and 303 ceramic sealing the shit out of it to be as safe as I can.

so far, I only ceramic seal the front half, didn't have to to do the rest as it already have some kinda factory/port sealant on it, nothing unusual so far, haven't done any correction or polish and don't think I'll need to, just gonna seal it and call it a day, after hearing how thin the paint is, don't think I'll polish much.

I did the whole thing with 303 Ceramic the 1st week I had it just to be safe, now I'm just waxing over that for depth and protection. I enjoy slathering it up so no biggie!
