Your value only goes down if you sell. If you live in the same house until you die, and you get shitty neighbors,and your property value decreases....your home will assess for lesser value, thus actually saving you money on real estate taxes.

 

Because Toyta can get an extra 5k out of you for stepping up to a TRD to get that.

Which is still only optional, not standard lol.

 

You can also buy next to neighbors with a lot of land. I have a little under 2 acres, but behind me is 150 acres, across the street 750 acres, and beside me 15 acres.

 

Yep....or move to a place that you don't have to pay school taxes once you reach a certain age...a large portion of your property tax bill is school taxes...

Interesting post on T4G...TRD OR with no auto/start stop....yet the limited has it. Wonder what gives.

 

Maybe one is for off-road one is for urban use. Probably the thinking is theOR drivers wouldn't want that feature.

Interesting, maybe that trim of OR or the OR does not get AS/S could be an early production hiccup. Not sure why Toyota put those soft materials on the glove box, any passenger with long legs will rub against it.

Unpopular Opinion - I really prefer the 3rd Gen dash to this...the 3rd Gen looked more intentional. This looks like they slapped an iPad on and threw out any other effort to incorporate the screen better.

 

That’s the non poor Limited dash and seats with faux woodgrain.

 

At least it doesn't look like this.
