What he didnt mention and you can't see is the house, the amount of money spent remodeling, and the $100k of Toyotas in his driveway.

Hey YouTube friends. Just wanted to give you a quick update on my new Instagram ready life. I've got all my Toyotas out front here. We have some great neighbors and I need to make sure they think I'm financially well off, so that's why I parked them here. I know a lot of viewers live vicariously through every second of my existence, and I feel like I owe the channel this update.

Let's do a quick walkaround on the house. This is our new patio. Over there I'm putting in an outdoor bidet, and a hot yoga area for pets. Hey doggo! He loves yoga. This sod is amazing. I got tall fescue. We'll do a 3" cut, then backroll it so you get the nice stripes in it like a baseball field. In the garage, I painted it black. I love the Rolling Stones. The paint is still wet. Inside, we had an interior designer friend, she's on Insta if you want to throw her a follow, who got us some of these amazing chairs from Hermann Miller. I love these Tom Dixon decanters. They're great for company. They match the marble plinth from Christopher Knight.

Anyway, don't mind the boxes, lol, let me step over here. So to save a little money, we didn't use actual marble outside on the veranda. We used an acid-stained concrete finished with TRD glass accents and sealed with four layers of hand rubbed finish. I love all the little Toyota accents we added through the house, like the red piping on the corinthian leather recliners in the theatre room.

So I'll be a little slow with the updates in a few months guys, but don't worry, when we do a house warming I'll do a full update! Thanks for watching!

Some of those comments are brutal....but might be deserved.

"For additional context- the Truck was in 4 wheel drive as there was washboard on the road coming up to the turn to go up the hill. Sunday morning we had gone to the same spot and there was no issue or fear of sliding(fishtail ). This was a case of having the wrong combination of position and with the turbo engine -too much power… and turned into a freak accident that could have happened to any one tbh."

    No lady....you just can't drive.

Reminds me of the people that have no clue how 4wd work and want to know why it is binding on drive pavement.

I don't know...kind of a bunch of dicks. People break shit all the time off road (soft road in this case). It's hard after you total a brand new truck, smash your face and head up, to really want to own up to what you might have done wrong. It's never just one thing that goes wrong. Usually a combination of errors -- over confidence, lack of experience, truck not configured for the conditions, brand new vehicle that doesn't act or respond the same as the previous.

As expected the R Raptor was the favorite. To be fair to all the manufactures though, they said the Bison was best at rock crawling even though they complained about poor visibility and the Pro did as good or better. Then they said the Pro was the "Swiss Army knife/jack of all trades" pick.

Of course they finished by discussing price, $59 vs $65 vs $65. Ford stopped production of the R Raptor yesterday. Probably losing too much money on each sale. Raptor Bronco prices went up $15K after the first year. If you didn't already get a R Raptor, be prepared to pay $75K for a 2025 (plus mark ups).

Did they stop production of the 2024 or did they stop taking orders for the 2024 and haven't opened the order banks up for the 2025 yet?

They stopped taking orders....too close to the MY cutoff. June orders already have September and October build/delivery dates.

So they did not discontinue the truck and shut down the factory...They are just selling so well they are backed up and want to finish building them before it runs into next year.

Correct, every manufacture that allows orders will have a cut off date for those orders under the current MY year. That should allow for them to get them done and delivered before end of the year. The real fun is watching the ones that get delivered after the 1st of the year and seeing people complain about taking delivery of what is essentially a year old truck. I have heard that the F150 MY2025 orders open sometime this month so I assume the Rangers will be around same time. The MY2024 F150 orders did not open until Sep 2023. Will be interesting for sure to see how much ford raises the price on the Ranger R.

I've read where people are still waiting on upper trim F-150s from 24. They suspect those builds will be moved to 25 MY trucks, if that even happens.

Edit thought about ordering a 24 Ranger Raptor, probably wouldn't buy it, and if no deposit was required I'm sure the dealer wouldn't mind. I don't think they sold a R Raptor that I know of.

Yeah I have seen that happen where they have to convert the order to the next MY. Usually they are pretty good about honoring the current pricing.

You can still order a regular Ranger. They've only sold about 15,000 this year vs 100,000 in 2020. Pretty sure they have the capacity to make a lot more. I think management got tired of selling the Raptors at a loss. They won't make that mistake next year.

Although I will say on multiple models of the new 2024, there is a 3rd four-wheel-drive feature that if you put it in that mode, it’s quintessentially an all-wheel-drive vehicle that unlocks the front hubs when in binding turns and then locks them after

All volume Toyota dealers around me have more Tacomas on the lot than any other vehicle.
Is this how it was with the 3rd gen? Seems odd at first to me
