Can we get back to arguing about what a truck is?

 

Mine had a 390, 8-10 mpg if you’re lucky.

If you compare specs from an old Ford to a Tacoma DCLB, size-wise is relatively close, Tacoma is making more power too. Only things that the Toyota lacks is payload.

This is a ‘76 F250

 

I was referring to the 24 hybrid max availability the spring of 24 possibly as late as may.

 

I would look to the tundra to figure it out , probably e the same .

 

What does a 2023 Pro cost all optioned up, out the door?

I can't imagine a 2024 Pro being must more than 10% more.

The price I'll see online likely won't match the real world. At least not this world. 4 years ago, sure.

Hence my question.

 

Maybe I'll consider one in 2027... That should be enough time to weed out all of the gremlins and glitches..... Maybe.

An honest dealership and yes there are some if you build on line it will definitely give you an idea. Not all are marking up ridiculous amounts

You can not get the hybrid in the xtracab configuration. Trd sport and above only get the hybrid.

It is a bummer thought for the under seat storage, I think there is some storage behind the seats though.

 

The Subaru Brat, now that was a good little truck.

 

I thought the next years model usually comes out in Oct.

 

They are probably behind due to covid , who knows it may catch up in 2024 . All I know is the next Taco is out November and the hybrid is in the spring

 

The local Ford dealer called me yesterday. I had stopped in a year ago or so and asked about the Ranger Raptor. They were just allocated (1). $60,000 + $10,000 mark-up.

 

Big yikes.

 

F150 Raptors were easily 10k over before the pandemic in my region. That might be the going rate for the ranger indefinitely.

 

You aint seen nothin till you see what the toyota dealers try to pull with the Trailhunter and Pro....
