I thought about a 4 runner but I think I would miss the box and we are a 1 vehicle family.

Do you have any other pics of the back seat? That covers looks larger and has no taper compared to the display seat at the Hawaii reveal. No doubt the seat will take up more back seat space but maybe not as bad as that temporary? cover shown.

My wife’s car has ventilated seats. I’ll never buy another vehicle without them. They’re incredible.

I think this time around the Pro will be priced unattainable for most prospective shoppers. It's akin to hardcore ZL1/GT3 trims of some sport cars where they run a chassis stiffening brace through the rear seat area.

Not Only The Pro. I see the TRD OFF Road being above 50k easily which for a normal Joe is not affordable anymore. These times sure are crazy and is going to get worse

It will be like the GR Corolla limited editions. Won't surprised if some dealers ask $100k for them.

It’s already clear that Toyota is mixing trims, equipment and powertrains in effort to accommodate as many wallets as possible.

    A price-leader 2door truck w leafs will be around 30k. A Trailhunter w the ARB catalog & options will be around 60k.

You’ll probably be able to build a basic OR with a 2.4T for something close to a ‘23, but a loaded OR hybrid will push you over 50k. In fact, hard to see any trim w a hybrid less than 50k. But a decent SR5 4x4 2.4T w/o all the goodies will likely still be reasonable (by 2023 standards).

Toyota doesn’t want to leave anyone behind, but the real hurt will probably come from the dealers, distributors, and interest rates.

But who knows, b/c Toyota doesn’t seem in a hurry to share…

To be honest it would not surprise me to see the ORD get up there and past $50k. The one from the Overland East Expo had every single option possible except for leather seats(has softex)...at least that is what I could see.

Look at it this way, the only difference between a Pro and a Trailhunter is the seats and a hood scoop. Yes, one has 2.5" Fox shocks and the other has 2.5" EMU shocks, but that is probably negligible. Is the TH going to be another unobtainable vehicle? The TH seats are an upgrade over the TRD OR and the hood scoop is on the TRD Sport (lowering development investment). A Pro shouldn't cost much more than a TH unless the Iso Seats are stupid expensive.

What's the difference between a TH and a TRD OR? They both have Crawl Control, MTS, locking rear diff, unlocking sway bar, upgraded shocks, skid plate, and model specific wheels (for 33" tires). The only difference is the grill and ARB rear bumper.

Obviously, the Pro and TH come standard with the i-Force Max which will be ?$?$ but many TRD OR buyers will pay that for the 465 lb-ft tq. And many TRD OR buyers will pay extra for the (Pro/TH) standard 14" screen the way current buyers pay for the Premium Audio/Nav today.

All models will be more expensive because they will all have new features that we all want. The first few Pros and THs (and i-Force Max's) will go for stupid money because they will trickle in next year and dealers will play their game. But Toyota built them to sell them. Can't imagine the marketing pitch to management "We're going to spend a ton in development and try to get it all back by selling just a few of them." I see a lot of Tacoma TRD Pros on the road now and expect to see a lot of 2024 Pros and THs in the future.

I’m hoping it’s not more expensive than the Grand Highlander Hybrid max, about 7L between the Limited ICE and Limited hybrid max. Then there is the 5-8k dealer mark ups…

I can’t imagine the Tacoma is going to be more expensive than the Grand Highlander Platinum Hybrid max at 58k.
The base GH starts at 43K while base 23 Tacoma is 28k. But what do I know…

I thought about that but I would have to wait for the new one...really interested what they might do .
Guarantee it will have a disconnect swaybar . Probably competitive to the bronco

So update for those that remember, Toyota will replace the inside of my box where the bed bolt is loose. I'm pleasantly surprised and very happy!

Looking over the configurations on Toyotas website it looks to me that the Double Cab Long Bed will only be available with the SR5 and Trailhunter all other trims other than SR and TRD PreRunner which offer the Xtra Cab appear to only be available in DCSB as there is no option listed for cabs and beds like the other trims
