I am going to say you are 99.9% wrong. See the link. I got a buddy you got selected to go....Looks like I didn't. He has a lot more shares than I do after I sold a bunch awhile back. I am sure that has nothing to do with it though. Anyways it is going to look bad at a shareholder event if deliveries do not happen. Watch be like only 5 get delivered. Also here is a fun fact....Tesla is putting in the sales contract that you have to keep the CT for 1 year and Tesla has the first right of refusal to buy the truck back at purchase price less $0.25 per mile.

Yes, you have to be a share holder to go to a share holder event. Usually how that works. An no, you do not have to buy one if you get selected to go. Also Tesla is not the first company to put a term restriction on a vehicle. Ask John Cena how that went with Ford. Several manufactures have done it and currently do it. GM has/had it on the new corvette.

Come on now....I gave you .01% that you might be right. I just don't believe that Elon would allow no deliveries to take place at this event.

 

It says delivery event not shareholder event... Also GM voids the warranty for whoever buys the flip, not exactly punishing the flipper. Ford to my knowledge only had the Ford GT be limited on when they could re-sell the vehicle.

 

It’s odd that the truck is supposed to hit lots next month and we’re gonna be just about into December and we have no configurator or pricing. I’m sure it’ll all go up on the 28th but it all feels so weird that we’re in the dark still

 

From Toyota's Social Media post it said pricing revealed in December. I'm thinking early December and availability for some models by Christmas.

 

I thought they started building already, and as mentioned by the other guy who cares about the configuration tool ...Toyota gives you what you get . So you're probably right about the delivery

 

Yeh they probably have a lot built. But upper trim models by Spring 2024
