    So hooking the white wire up will dim the white light when power is applied? The red wire will have it full brightness? Also, sorry for stupid questions, I really haven't kept up with the 4th gens.... Are there different headlights for different trims? I see mention of turn as DRL and low beam as DRL?

    Correct. Connecting the white wire to a power source will dim the light when power is applied. The red wire is for full brightness, daytime driving.
