Go to any pick a part and pull it out of new looking 3gTacoma/5g4runner

 

I just picked it up. They asked me if I wanted them to fixed it and they quoted me $1,100 bucks which is ridiculous. I told them to pound sand. I let the original vendor know the part was defective and they are giving me a refund. I found and Aisin part on Amazon for $180 bucks which I ordered. It will arrive tomorrow so fingers crossed it will fix everything.

 

How do you do that?

 

Does your independent mechanic only work on Ford T models? There are tons of scanner on the market with the same capabilities as Techstream.
Fusion obd2 app. Costs peanuts, same access as techstream, minus functions.
