4wd.com ordering experience?

I've ordered from them in the past and had no issues, which is why I had no problem ordering the tires. I called them up to check on my order and they said they were pushing back the expected ship date again. I had no issues waiting, but they should have been more proactive in their communication when the backlog exceeded 5 weeks.

Just checked my credit card this morning and it looks like the refund went through overnight, so that's good. I'll probably buy from them again, just a temporary ban for now.

 

Yeah I just sent them a link to the other site. If they match it I'll go with them since I've used them before and was happy with their service.
