4wd light blinking

2015 DCLB 4x4. My 4wd light on the dash blinks but won’t engage. Toyota recommended I change the front actuator so I did but it didn’t make a difference. Ik there’s a bunch of threads about this but has anyone found a solution to it?

 

First check and make sure the vent hose isn't cracked or disconnected from the 4wd actuator on the transfer case, if that's good check the limit switch voltages at the 4wd ECU when the light is flashing as outlined in the thread below and see which one(s) are out of range.
