So the other day I put my truck in 4H when rolling through the car wash (I like to put it in 4H and let it idle through the undercarriage wash. Goes slower and can make it over the "bumps" at my wash) Then afterwards I had a really hard time getting out of 4H. Took me like 3 miles of rolling around to get it out. This happened one more time later on in the week but then once I drove it home, hung out for an hour then left, the 4wd light was blinking at me. Like when you're taking it out of 4H and it's trying to go into 2H so it blinks until it does.

Well I just drove it as is and after about 3-4 minutes the light cut off. Went to dinner then got back in and it did the same thing. Flashed for a while then stopped.

Later that night on my way home it was making a pretty rough grinding noise that seemed to change with bumps. Just going off a hunch, I put it in 4H and that got rid of the grinding so I could get home. This morning I couldnt get it out of 4H via the switch so I had to go under and do it manually (via actuator) and that worked. Then I went ahead and did the whole soldering trick to the front actuator.

All of this done and no cigar. Flushed the fluid up in the front diff, havent done the T-case yet.

But now after all that the light just keeps flashing at me and using the switch to go to 4wd doesn't do anything, neither does putting it in 4lo. It justs keeps flashing even though it's in 2wd.

    Any ideas?
