Will a set of used Tacoma 4wd wheels fit my 2023 2wd truck? I like the looks of the factory 4wd wheels. My truck is an SR and it has the standard steel wheels. 6 lug.

Yes, Just make sure you have the correct lug nuts.
The aluminum wheels use a different lug nut than the steel.

I assume you are talking about 3rd gen TRD OFF Road wheels. They fit. You will need different lug nuts for alloy wheels.

Pretty sure you mean the OR wheels, because 4WD wheels aren’t a thing. As previously stated, they’ll fit fine but need alloy wheel lug nuts - I recommend 90942-01033

They’re an OEM 1-piece design used in 4Runners that are much better than the 2-piece crap that Tacomas come stock with.

No such thing as 4wd, regular, fwd, rwd or anything like that . Wheels/rims are just wheels/rims. Characteristics such as manufacturing method (forged vs cast) and material type (steel, aluminum, magnesium) can make them different.

To emphasize, the Toyota alum wheels take Toyota-only mag style lugs, M12 1.5 threads. There are also long shank and short shank. The trucks have the long shank, but both will fit; it’s a matter of which look better on the wheels. And yes, avoid the two-piece design. The second piece is a thin chrome shell that deforms in time and the lugs get stuck in the socket. PITA. I still have the oem lugs on my 07 but have needed new ones for a long time.
