They should take 4wheel parts off the venders list and put in someone like JLee(BAMF). Jerry is a real vendor who is actually on the forum interacting on a daily basis.

What you dont realize is most web site owners do not give out free advertising from the goodness of their hearts. Each vendor may have to pay to be a vendor, and if that is the case, you dont know how much 4WP is paying Bob to keep their name on the site.

if 4wp in some way pays for the add there. i think it should stay to support tw and the administrators.

I dont want to see this place turn in the fjcruiserforums with solid pages of 3 posts and 295824 adds

I just removed them from the shop online menu. they were never an actual vendor on here, in the auto vendor's list (which I still need to clean out the inactive deadbeats)
I'll be adding JLee, sdhq, and a few others who have been patiently waiting to become vendors

Nothing positive here, they expected me to pay for their screw up as well. I'm very understanding and they just insulted me.

    Run down.
Ordered rims, tires and lugs . Specified Hub size and letters in.
Waited a while after not receiving any tracking or info. Called and was given a date. Date came and went I waited patiently, finally arrived. Tires are mounted letters out, no biggy. Oh wait the hub size is wrong and doesn't fit my truck. Called, was told to pay shipping to return, and pay full price on an entirely new set of wheels and tires which they would reimburse once originals arrived, oh and I would have to pay for shipping on the parts I needed as well. Also received 48 lug nuts, was also charged for the full 48 lugs. No help was ever offered from these people, rude, and useless.

Whats worse is that they have such great prices. I suppose buying simple things would be alright straps, shackles things of this nature they shouldn't be able to screw up to much on. I won't be purchasing from them unless they are giving things away.

no absolutely not they are hideous and their service is worse.

i could say with all honesty it was the worst customer service experience i have ever had in my entire life.

i had made a whole thread that was more like a saga on here describing the whole mess they allowed me to get into. when i look back on it i'm still amazed at how poorly it was handled it was absolutely amazing.

When I ordered replacement flares for my Jeep, I got 2 left fronts. One phone call and they shipped the missing one, had it in 2 days no issues. Maybe I am in the minority, but I would buy from them again.
