How do you like your suspension setup? Would you do anything different?

Great set up. Only thing I plan on someday upgrading is OME rear shocks. OME shocks would give me more down travel than the standard 5100s.

How is the ride with the 885's w HD leaf pack? I was talking w a dealer and he told me to go with the 884's and standard leaf pack. I am still unsure if Iam gonna do a winch yet for added weight.

^ Great ride! 884s & 885s have the same spring rate the 885s are just a little longer. The Dakars ride better with the weight of a shell & I see you already have one. I got 3" now and plans include skids & sliders to be added soon with plate bumper & winch someday. I might have to add a small spacer (1/8" to 1/4") to regain a little lift (1/4" to 1/2")after the bumper & winch.

Do you need to change the uca with the 885's?

I'm still running stock UCAs with 3" lift caster is slightly out of specs but it drives fine.
No bump-steer or high speed wander.

Someone clipped my side while parked and it has two small creases one behind & one below the gas door. The flare is fine except that where the clips attach broke loose.
You can see them in this pic.

I placed an order with Eric today for a full set of skids & hybrid sliders with 2 piece kickout.
Good thing I have a lot of packing, moving, unpacking & remodeling to keep my mind off the wait.

I was waiting for that  ?
I told him you like the way my Dakars ride better because of the weight of the shell.

    Nice build!

What is the advantage or reason for going with the 255/85/16 instead of the 265/75/16 or 285/75/16 or 275/70/16, other than the 255 works out to have a larger OD. Is there less rubbing issues because it is a thinner tire? Would you go with the 255s again, or would you got to one of the 265/275/285 variants?
