4wheelparts.com & pro comp what are they thinking?!?!?

i know that for sure buddy thats not ideal by any means either but, it beats the alternative right now seeing as i can't afford to pay to fix their mistake right this moment.

the fins on the passenger side are not touching at the moment it's the driver side thats tweaked due to the spacer that i don't need due to the crazy spring rates. if i removed that and set more weight over the front it would probably over the next couple of months go under the 3 3/4 mark as well.

the lift will settle a little bit more seeing as it's only been on the truck for 2 weeks but never enough on it's own to make it drivable.

this would give me time to get the funds together to purchase and install the ome kit. this situation may only be temporary but, there is a chance it will actually make enough of a difference to solve it all together.

i have seen a few guy's go a little higher than 3 inches and not have any persistent problems like i'm having now. a lot of people choose not to run the differential drop either and while it may only make a few degrees difference mine seems to be doing a lot. i don't even want to know what it would look like with out it

 

also a point to consider is that i was expressly told by the customer service manager at 4wp's that they will not warranty anything if installed by untrained person's meaning that they just don't care how you put it in they want nothing to do with that end once it's on your truck. so for those of us that do take our trucks to a nice professional shop and have it installed they don't care your dammed if you do and dammed if you don't follow?

and from my point of view i gave these momo's three chances before i had it installed on the truck to tell me that it was the completely wrong kit for the truck! if they would have caught it before i had it installed it would have not been a big deal at all. i simply would have sent them the lift back had store credit applied and bought the ome kit.

but their incompetence has led me to be ass out for almost a thousand dollars including the uca's which i would not have replaced if i could have got the truck into alignment like the tech said. just food for thought

 

so to lighten things up a bit i did have one more problem with 4wp's

i bought my dog a lift and now his cv's are all messed up too he needs an arb bull bar as well i think

lol at his gorilla cage in the back round. the little black and white dog weighs 90 lbs lol merlin towers over him he weighs 170#

it's hard to see in the picture but my wife is wearing heels in that pic too. if he tilts his head up he can look me right in the face lol. he is the worst guard dog ever he sleeps constantly.

i don't see how adding 175 pounds to the front of the truck could cause any more problems? tons literally tons of people run aftermarket bumpers on here with out the right spring rates some take the time to order the right ones.

4wp's has me boxed in here i have spring rates that would be a lot on "any" tacoma so my 4 cylinder needs a plate bumper to act correctly at the very least! i'm not sure whats so hard to understand about it.

 

supercharged ford gt500 crate motor. thats the way i'd go...

as of thursday they had sent me a liability waiver through the email and i stipulated that if the parts received by myself did not match the parts listed on the waiver that i wrote in it would not be valid.

i have received no tracking number or response from them as of yet. but the waiver stated that by signing it as final compensation i would receive the arb deluxe bull bar with the fog lights harness switch and switch cover. i scribbled in the part numbers myself which i got over the phone from arb them selves.

their waiver also states that upon receiving the bumper i have released them from any and all warranty claims on the suspension kit so when the shocks explode after 3 months oh well also any damages incurred by the lift on my truck or any accidents that it may cause.

the thing that gets me is that i have recieved no word on the signed copy i sent to them by end of business day thursday.

 

same thing now it's monday no tracking number no reply in email and no phone messages..

these are either the slowest or the most busiest people ever and considering i'm dealing direct with their gm of customer service it seems even worse that the guy can't even reply to a simple email.

 

it has been now 4 business days since i signed the the release of liability form stating i', to receive the bumper lights and harness and switch and cover. on that piece of paper it was stated by the general manager of customer service that the bumper would be shipped out next business day! it is now almost an entire week and even though i called twice and emailed the gm twice still no response no tracking number and no deluxe arb bull bar with light kit.

wtf are these people doing over there? they did however find the time to refute my complaint with the BBB which i find just amazing

still never received any response from greg adler even though i practically filled his voice mail myself. the gm of customer service also never returned my calls or emails either no one has as a matter of fact.

i find it shady that they sent over a legal looking and sounding document that clearly states that if i had signed and dated it they would or even could be held responsible for anything regarding me or my truck or even others due to an accident. the flip side to this was it stated it would only be valid if the arb deluxe bull bar with light kit and harness and switches and covers was sent to me as final compensation. i even stipulated that unless the parts received matched the part numbers i had provided it would be null and void.

i would like them to reply to me to at least tell me what the story is with the bumper and an estimated shipping date or if now they have changed their mind.
