When you first switch to 4w high. I notice until you take the load off the drive train seems the indicator flashes. Then goes solid once the drive train does not have a load on it. Is it ok to engage while driving in say snowy conditions and stay on the gas? And is the 4w high engage if blinking, seems to be engaged, just not sure why it blinks like it's not complete? Does anyone know what's going on during this switch?

The blinking depends on what the system is sensing. It is best to be gentle on the throttle during the transition. On mine, most times it will click over quickly. Other times, it will take a few seconds. I try to either be coasting when switching, or just enough throttle to maintain speed.

If you are spinning, stop before engaging.
